The cottage has the benefit of two outside areas comprising of patio and garden areas with furniture and storage. It has been completely refurbished in contemporary neutral colours, yet the original stonework remains which allows this old fisherman?s home to retain its character. The harbour and centre are a 2 minute walk away. A free parking permit for all the Council car parks in Torbay is included with the cottage when staying for 7 nights or more. Living InformationThe living room is on the lower ground floor and be accessed via French windows from the outside. The room is furnished with antique pine and there are two, two-seater neutral sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. A large coffee table sits between the two sofas and has a magazine rack underneath it. A bureau provides storage space, and there is a further hard chair and a reading lamp. Entertainment is provided by a TV with Freeview and surround sound, video, DVD and CD player. A selection of videos, CD’s, DVD’s and board games are available for guest to use.
