The Balcony (No. 4) is situated on the first floor of the crescent benefitting from amazing sea views of the blue flag Meadfoot Beach and beyond. The close proximity to the beach is an obvious draw, yet this is a lovely peaceful spot within easy reach of Torquay town centre. The property does not accept children over 10 years old due to the size of the folding bed.
